- Very large family bedroom (7m x 5 ½ m): double bed and 2 singles, wardrobes, chest of drawers,piano (somewhat out of tune but still fun!), various children's games, box of lego, jigsaws and board games...
- Bunk bedroom (4m x 3m): for two children with bookcase and children's books.
- All bed linen is included.
- 2 bathrooms (adjacent to the family room and the children's room), with showers, wash-basins, toilets, washing machine and drying rack.
- Towels are not provided.
- Large garden: veranda with garden furniture, extensive lawn with picnic bench, ideal for al fresco eating, table-tennis, badminton / volleyball net and rackets, French boules, BBQ.
- We also have a few fruit trees and in the right season you can help yourself to cherries, figs, apples, walnuts and apricots.
- The 10m x 5m swimming pool is private, inground, fully enclosed with landscaped surroundings and set in a sunny position. There are chairs and sunloungers by the pool, and a parasol for when it gets too hot!
- Guests have private use of it during the day - but we sometimes use it ourselves in the evening!

- Eco-friendly features: fresh vegetables often available from our kitchen garden, composting, recycling of rubbish, insulation and eco-friendly cleaning materials.
- Secure car parking: outside the front door of the gite in the courtyard.
- This is a no-smoking cottage, although guests are welcome to smoke in the extensive outdoor area.
